Summary: The staff was very generous in kind. The facilities are very clean. I had the ability to wash my clothes. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I needed to do late checkout, and I was able to do it for another hour for 1000 yen. I look forward to my return.

Summary: Excellent stay. Very friendly and professional staff, including the front desk, housekeeping and parking departments. I could communicate well with everyone. I remember them fondly. Very comfortable, spacious and modern room. I need to return asap.

Summary: The rooms were dirty, the first room the shower had some residue still on the wall and small chunks of possible hair products. Moved to another room, just slightly less dirty. Staff was absolutely amazing, but this hotel wouldn’t be my first choice.
