Summary: The property was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that check-in is on the second floor without an elevator till you check-in. Would stay here again!

Summary: The room booked was a de-luxe double. I was also careful to ensure the double bed was not against the wall. the room given was 5m by 4m with the bed against the wall - hardly de-luxe. I went to reception and complained and, being fair, they sorted by offering a twin which was bigger and much better. it would appear care needs to be given to ensure the booking matches the room quality.

Summary: We were unable to make it due to a typhoon and the property refunded us our money, we were so surprised but would recommend them just because of this. They were very understanding and courteous.
