Negative: The kitchen facilities weren't what was advertised as the back lights didn't work some of the lights in the kitchen didn't work. Most importantly the stove cooktop had only one hotplate working which was very disappointing because we were staying for work purposes and the reason we went for AirBnb was so we could have cooking facilities to make our stay cheaper Unfortunately only having one hot hotplate isn't enough to cook a meal for 3 adults.

Negative: No key to the security screens which made we extremely uncomfortable and paranoid sleeping at night. I expected the Japanese Garden to have been maintained better.

Positive: Floors, bed and bathroom linen and surfaces were spotless

Negative: The gardens were weedy which was disappointing as we chose the property on the basis of the headline “Tranquil Japanese Gardens”. The bins were out and had been used by passers by. The couch was old and covered with an old and unclean sheet.

Positive: Visiting area to support family Family home within walking distance ++ Walking distance to IGA and good little shopping complex. Good lighting when returning from late walks and visits Quiet street. Secure home and back area Safe Nice big flat level area inside and out no risk of falls

Negative: Unable to change. neighbours loud and noisy Fortunately able to move to front rooms as front street quiet Was able to borrow from family A bigger pot would have been good.

Positive: Close to where we needed to travel for sports

Negative: When booking we saw pics of the hot tub, which I booked specifically as kids were doing state gymnastics competitions- they were disappointed that it was broken. The plug in the bath was hard to use had to get a knife to open it. Toilet could use a lock on it, we had 2 different families staying and made it difficult using with no lock.

Summary: Was ok, didn’t look like pics on internet. Garden definitely needs an overhaul
