Positive: The room was spacious, the food was very good and service (Yanni, Manolis for breakfast)and (Niko from the Taverna) are excellent.

Negative: All was great. The room was very nice, clean service and food delicious.

Positive: We loved everything about the hotel – the pool, the stunning view, the well-equipped gym, the delicious food, the beautiful beach, and overall the entire experience

Negative: Because of the hotel’s location and the wind conditions, the pool water was very cold. If it were slightly heated, the experience would be perfect.

Positive: Everything felt very luxurious, attention to detail. Incredibly friendly staff. The property is beyond beautiful, and was the perfect vacation for our little family. Loads of children, which were good for us. And a huge bonus with adult zones for the ones without.

Negative: I was surprised at the amount of children! There needs to more adult areas and also have them looked after. There are two small adult areas and everyday there are children in those spaces. Please don’t underestimate the amount of children here. After a long day of being by the pool or beach with noisy screaming and crying children. Not only kids, it’s the shouting parents over your bed . We’d go to our private pool, where both neighbours had children. No time for peace unless you go to the beach at 7am, for 2 hours of quiet time. The housekeeping was pretty poor. Never had the right amount of towels so had to call down. There shower gel ran out and had to call a few times. A fruit platter was left out for a few days and had to call for it to be collected due to flies. It was our 10 years wedding anniversary and asked for ice to be sent to the room for champagne. The ice arrived with no glasses so had to wait another hour. In the end we had it out of a small tumbler. Restaurants are overpriced and bad quality, not impressed with the food at all.

Summary: Beautiful hotel and location, but not relaxing.
