Positive: Fully equipped. Excellent air conditioning.

Negative: very poor wifi using extender from nearby apartment which does not work at times and when works is very poor.

Summary: Very nice cottage and fully equipped, the only thing that damaged our experience was the poor wifi.

Positive: Cosy house with three separate rooms (6 beds), kitchen, bathroom, large terrace with table and an amazing, well-preserved garden (incl. an outdoor shower), located within 3 min walking distance from the nearest beach and 5 min drive/25 min walk from an amazing, sandy beach. The house got everything which you need for a holiday stay incl. aircon in all bedrooms, all the kitchen equipment, towels, hairdryer and even a sun umbrella. There is a good shop 2 min away (open 8-midnight) and a good seafood restaurant, round the corner. There is one, wide parking spot on the yard and plenty of parking spots outside. Our host, Dada, was extremely nice and very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this property for a cosy, family stay.

Positive: Beautiful new house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Hot water all day. Comfortable beds with nice clean linen and towels. Cousy courtyard and porch around the house with a comfy garden furniture. Outdoor shower. The house is on the side street so we felt very safe. Free private parking in the courtyard. Complementary gifts were very nice touch, the owner is very friendly. Nearest beach is only on 3 minutes by walk, others on 15-20 minutes by car.
