Positive: We were totally amazed by the cleanliness in rooms and on the area in general. The staff is very friendly and open. The view to the garden is also beautiful, all the trees and flowers are well-groomed. Thanks a lot, our small trip was perfect and exceeded the expectations.

Positive: The rooms are great. Everything is clean and in good condition. The only issue is sound isolation due to the waterfront. If someone is talking on the balcony nearby, you hear everything due to sound reflection from the lake. The restaurant is good. It's slightly overpriced and there is no kids menu.

Negative: The lake was full of dead fish that smelled really bad. The staff only picked up the dead fish in the morning and didn't react to the requests during the day. So there were 5-6 dead fish every 2-3 hours and someone from guests had to pick them up. The lake itself is 5/5, but I have to rate it as 1/5 due to staff incompetence and indifference. The kids' swimming pool was closed. The swimming pool for adults is small. It looks bigger on the photos but it's small. The water in the pool looked dirty one day, but was ok on the next day.

Summary: Could be a great place for vacation if they've picked up the dead fish from the lake regularly ...
