Positive: The studio was extremely large and spacious, either clean floors and surfaces. The bedding and furniture was very comfortable. Best of all, the hosts are extremely responsive and it is very clear that they are trying to make their guests feel as comfortable as possible, which I highly appreciate!

Negative: The first night I checked in, there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. The studio and bathroom seemed clean, so I hoped this was just an unlucky sighting, but then I saw another on the third day of my stay. I alerted the hosts and they immediately offered for the cleaners to come and clean the bathroom, which I appreciate. After that cleaning, I didn't see any more roaches in the bathroom. However, later in the week, I saw a baby roach in the kitchen-- thankfully the hosts had provided a can of roach spray, but it was still unpleasant to deal with it. Maybe I was just unlucky, seeing as the studio itself seemed pretty clean, but I still wanted to share since this was my experience here and I felt paranoid about roaches for the entirety of my stay! Another con for me personally is that the shower water pressure is dependent on the temperature of your shower water. If you like cold showers, you won't have a problem here, but as someone who prefers warm showers, the water pressure was hardly a trickle and the water heater was extremely noisy while showering. Though the hosts are very very nice and responsive, it seems like some details are missed- I booked for over a week long stay and when I arrived, there was only one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, the hand drying towel above the kitchen sink was visibly dirty, and the dishes in the cupboards looked haphazardly thrown in there-- I didn't want to use them because I didn't know if they had been cleaned recently or not. No laundry detergent was provided, and the clothes drying rack is very very broken. Clearly it had been taped together once before, but it still broke and dumped all my laundry on the ground, which was a bit frustrating. When I asked for additional toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, the hosts had it delivered to the unit promptly, which was nice!
