Positive: Modern amenities very close to a forest with great hiking points. Host is very accommodating and friendly. She sent directions to the property, personally greeted me, and delivered breakfast. The apt is very comfortable and tidy.

Positive: Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful host, great breakfast, quiet neighborhood. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are walking the Via di San Francesco.

Negative: The B&B was a little hard to find as the Google map location was not accurate. A nice gentleman was very helpful in telling us how to find Da Mary.

Positive: I have stayed in many, many, bed and breakfast places, but this one was the best I have ever experienced. I wish I could give it a score of 12. Mary was wonderful and funny, the breakfast was great, al the facilities were beautiful.

Positive: Our room at Da Mary was beautifully furnished. It had a large balcony with spectacular views over the town and mountains. Mary was so welcoming and gave us many helpful hints about walking the Via Di Francesco, and also a delicious breakfast. Thankyou Mary!
