Positive: It was easily accessible and close to the waterfront. The rooms were clean too.

Negative: The registration process could be better. Receptionist wasn’t pleasant and she took a long time to give us the key. Also the lobby was very warm and the aircond was only at the receptionist place.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay. The rooms and beds were comfy.

Positive: Location is fine.

Negative: First of all when i am checking in, we were given room at level 7, when we reach the level, the corridor was flooded with water due to heavy rain and very poor drainage, our shoes were wet when walking towards our room. Then when we open the door to the room, the entrance into living room was also very wet. I had to go down to reception to ask for solution. I was then given another room at the same level but again the entrance to living room was also very wet. I had to go down again to ask for another change. Luckily, lady at reception was helpful, managed to get another replacement room at level 10. Room was ok but then, we found that there is no WIFI support, we had to call reception to ask for assistance and later need to go down to reception again for help. Then was told probably they need to reset the router but can only to done the following day. Therefore we had no WIFI for the night.
