Summary: The staff is very cordial and goes out of their way to be helpful. Management team is always attentive to the needs of the guests and are always available for help. I personally enjoyed the gym and the sauna, both are clean with modern equipment. Breakfast options are plenty and always fresh.

Summary: The room and its terrace was nice and comfortable. But the shower water temprature is totally not stable no matter you set it cold or hot. It can be extremely cold or hot any second.

Summary: Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. The temperature of the sea water is hot comparing other places in North Egean. If you prefer enjoying near seaside, then the rooms in the main building should be preffered. The Covid-19 cautions are well. Only disadvantage is the high prices in the restaurant. There are no places to eat nearby, so you have to eat and drink in the hotel with high prices.

Summary: It's a brand new hotel and the staff are all friendly and keen. The kid's club is great, my 9 year old was quite happily occupied for half of every day. My 81 year old mother was well looked after on the beach. The sea is very shallow and ideal for little kids. There's plenty for the very old and the very young and for the inbetweeners there are bikes (kids seats and kids bikes too) water sports and the best spa with a wonderful masseur. We went at the end of the summer and I think June would be lovely too. There's not a lot to do nearby without a car but walking and cycling would be good. It's really a perfect retreat for 4 or 5 days - lovely food, lovely views, lovely staff and a beautiful small pool too.

Summary: I stayed in a suit room for 2 nights in this hotel. It is a nice /luxury 5 star hotel with access to beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is about half hour drive from Ayvalik. My only complaint was the electric motor noise that was coming from outside when I open the balcony door for some fresh air. At night with the balcony door closed this wasn't a problem though. Overall this is a great 5 star accommodation that is reasonably priced.
