Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s very clean, spacious, and comfortable, located right in the heart of the old town of Šibenik. Just behind the apartment there’s a local market, a grocery store, a newsstand, and everything else you might need – all within walking distance. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city on foot. One big plus is the private parking with a barrier, which is a huge advantage in the city center. The apartment also has a large terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening or enjoying your morning coffee. Dražen, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. We chatted a few times, and he even offered to drive me to a nearby beach and showed me some great local swimming spots. That kind of hospitality really made the stay special. Highly recommended – would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Impeccable home that is new, modern, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic- just minutes walk to the old town center and a short drive to some fantastic beaches. Our host could not have been kinder and helpful. He checked us in and gave us great tips and answered all our questions about the area. He really cares about his property and it shows! Don’t be afraid of the large daily market the home overlooks - the glass windows are thick and you can’t hear a thing- even for us light sleepers! And the private gated parking is a huge plus.
Summary: Impeccable modern home, clean, spacious and ideally located with a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Positive: We stayed at D R Apartments in May, 2025. The apartment is a short walk to Old Town. We enjoyed experiencing Sibenik, which was much less touristy than Dubrovnik, Split and Trogir. The apartment was very new and extremely clean and comfortable, with a sleek modern design and sizeable balcony. There is gated private parking right at the front door. The owner was vey nice and took great care of us. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Sibenik.

Positive: Great spot to stay with a wonderful host who met us at the door and went through the facility with us.The property is a perfect spot to stay 5mins walking distance to the old town and many restaurants .An added bonus is private secure parking. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying In sibinek.
