Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't help you enough. The spa was nice - fun greek themed pool and jacuzzi nice steam room and sauna and gym looked ok. It's open good hours too. Good times for breakfast and high quality sausages. The bedding and towels were nice. The heated towel rail wasn't working but the team fixed this for me. The surrounding grounds are lovely.

Negative: The 2 bedrooms I saw are due a little update but the main thing was the mattresses. (A comfy night sleep is the main thing I look for personally) The mattress needs replacing in room 5 there were lots of big dips and craters all over the bed. My friend said his mattress was ok in room 7 but the slats were broken on one side of his bed so our sleeps weren't the best. The staff were lovely about it and said they will look into both beds so I think they will be replaced soon and you could always ask ahead in advance if you were staying in either room and if those bits had been fixed. The hotel was fully booked or I would have asked to change rooms but otherwise it's a lovely place with lovely people

Positive: The gardens were lovely. The room was amazing and had its own style. The shower overhead wasn’t working properly however the shower you hold was amazing. The receptionist and manager deserve 10/10, they were warm, friendly and knowledgeable

Negative: The bar and waiting staff in the night were best described as “unaware” it wasn’t a particularly busy period in the restaurant however they got flustered quickly. When we ordered food, they came back out to say one of the meals was off the menu. Obviously a communication breakdown between the chef and staff. I asked the waiter for another drink (Pepsi) they forgot, I had to ask another waiter for the drink. At the bar, my partner asked for a mojito and the bar man didn’t have a clue what it was (they fetched the cocktail menu after disappearing for 5 minutes) wasn’t on there, however I’d expect a bar man to be sort of aware of some drinks. I then asked for a Guinness 0.0, the bar man pointed at normal Guinness, as they weren’t aware of Guinness 0.0. They did have a corona non alcoholic beverage however disappointed there weren’t more options.

Summary: Lovely, peaceful and beautiful stay with JUST beer and wine.

Positive: We liked the room and the pool area. I had a massage and the spa is nice. Most of the staffs were lovely, polite and helpful. We had own bathroom which is a must when we are on holiday. It's a quiet area so we could have rest most of the time.

Negative: There was an event when people came to the front of our room and they were too loud. We had to shut the windows and curtains. We choose this hotel because we wanted few quiet days. The breakfast needs a bit of improvement.

Summary: All together it was a nice break and we would go back again.

Positive: Dated and in need of renovation. We were place out of the main building on a rainy night to a cottage where the bathroom in Room 28 has a warped rotting damaged bath panel, there is no number on the room door it’s scribbled on the wall in red pen. It’s in real need of a makeover and even general maintenance for damaged bath, door handles missing and just a feeling of neglect. The dinner was very expensive for what was presented and the spa facilities are dated and don’t smell too pleasant in the steam/sauna. We wouldn’t return but on the positive side the staff were lovely.
