Summary: Room fantastic. Location fantastic if you like remote. The owner, brilliant, knew his stuff and local places to entertain the kids. Only slight criticism would be a bit more breakfast stuff, but I do have fussy kids. Doesn’t need a cooked breakfast but maybe a cheese/cold meat selection or a boiled egg maker could go down well. If ever in wales again, would 100% stay here. Thank you.

Summary: Due to own circumstances we were late to the guest house, Lawrence was so accommodating and came and settled us in. We had a beautiful room the peach room and was so spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast is help yourself with a range of cereal, toast and fruit 🍇. We loved sitting in the garden for breakfast and in the evenings once back the view is stunning 😍. Plenty of parking. Lawrence and Ashley were really friendly and helped with anything you needed . The location is perfect with short drives to the waterfalls and Aberavon beach . I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere that can bring you a little peace. Perfect location for lots of different walks :) we will be recommending to friends and hopefully be back soon.

Summary: It was lovely! What a beautiful property 😍 i felt so at ease and welcomed instantly. It was gorgeous, from the beautiful water garden to the lovely room. I felt so comfortable and peaceful there. The room was lovely, very well planned out! And i slept like a baby. Mattress was the most comfy I've slept on. I could live there it was that nice. True treasure of a place. Highly recommend! There was a duck in the pond loving its stay too 😊

Summary: Lovely little guest house, shower and toilet in the room not a seperate bathroom. Light breakfast available but unfortunately 2 out of four mornings there was no milk left for cereal and a drink. Lovely pup very near with great food
