Positive: I liked the location and the healthy environment in the apartment (no strange smells).
Negative: I did not like the way I was treated by the host. I had no access to the thermostat, the host blocked the heating level and controlled it from an app on his phone. I asked for 2 more degrees, and was asked for more money. and was giiven only one more degree despite the prompt payment. When I left the apartment, the host did not come to do the inspection in my presence and accused me by email of some damage I was not aware of (I dont believe the accusation). More money was asked and paid. In total, this stay cost me 200 euros extra, with no receipt for payments.
Summary: Stressful sejour because of controlling and intrusive host.

Positive: The property is close to the City Centre, amazingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The setting is modern and ambient, the property has 2 large TVs, one in each room, and a spacious shower and bathroom. The host was responsive to our queries and resolved the blocked shower drainage the next morning while we were out.
Negative: Once our stay was finalised, the host asked us only to leave a 10 rating to help them as well, and once I've posted my rating he became verbally aggressive towards us through both WhatsApp and Booking messaging, calling us names like ”too poor to live in that apartment” and ”that's what happens when you host poor people like you that can't even dream to live in such an expensive apartment” and then he submitted a Property Damage Claim for €500, even though before we left he thanked us for leaving everything clean and tidy once he thoroughly inspected the property and didn't say anything about any damage that was supposedly done. So please beware that if you leave a less-than-10 rating you will probably receive a Damage Claim as I just did. Always take pictures/film before leaving any property.
