End unit townhome in gated property, Towns at Tuskawilla Commons, in fantastic location in west Oveido, central to everything in Orlando or the beaches. Decorated in Florida theme-we hope you like wallpaper! :) This prime community is located at the corner of Tuskawilla Road and Aloma Avenue in Oviedo. With access to 417 less than 1 mile away, this community offers a convenient commute to almost every job center in Central Florida. This allows you to live here and work (and play) anywhere! Multiple entrances allow easier access to and from where you need to be, as well as a better traffic flow throughout. There is an open park with a pavilion, bike racks, and water fountains along the trail. This will provide you the chance to take advantage of the wonderful amenity provided by Seminole County! Youll love taking your pet to the community dog park and going on walks on the Cross Seminole Trail, which can be accessed through a pedestrian gate inside of Tuskawilla Commons. We have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (one with garden tub) plus an additional room with an office area, weights and a Peloton. 94 ceilings downstairs and 9 ceilings upstairs. Summary: We LOVED our stay here!! Stacy was so kind and flexible with us. The place was immaculately clean and extremely cute. You can tell that she put a lot of genuine thought and care when she designed and decorated the place. It’s in a great location, and we felt safe the whole time. Plus, whenever I had a question, Stacy was really quick to respond. If you’re planning a trip to Orlando, this is THE place to stay!

Summary: We loved our stay here! It exceeded our expectations in many ways. Stacy, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was a very short drive to lots of great places with things to do and see. It is tucked in a nice quiet area with access to a wonderful walking/biking path. The townhouse was very clean, up to date, spacious, quiet, and well stocked with needed supplies. Stacy has done an amazing job making sure your stay here is the very best. We will definitely be renting here again when our travels bring us to the area.

Summary: Beautiful, modern, clean townhome. Location was perfect to spend some time visiting our daughter who lives in the area. The walking trail right next to the community was a bonus, took a nice morning walk everyday. Check in was easy, the home was clean and well supplied. The owner responded right away when I had a question. Excellent experience, and would stay here again for sure!

Summary: We stayed at the property for a couple of weeks while relocating to the US. From the very moment we booked Stacy took care of us and help us to feel as comfortable as possible till our departure. The house is exactly as described, beautiful decorated in every detail and with all amenities you can think of incl. a little gym/office. Everything is brand new and high quality! It is located in a small and quiet gated community with plenty of food and grocery options in close proximity. The location is also close to the highway so you can get anywhere quickly. We are super happy with our stay and can only recommend it! Thanks again!
