Cute cozy private beach style cottage for two in downtown sunny Parksville. The cottage has new floors, freshly painted and sparkling clean with a brand new comfy queen size bed. It comes with a separate laundry room and some storage. We are a short walk to the beach and all the shops pubs and bike trails. There is great seawall walk and wonderful public park as well. You have a large private patio with your own BBQ and eating area. There is a lounge zone and firepit area. Nice newly renovated kitchen, stocked with coffee tea sugar spices and some condiments. My cottage has new high speed WiFi, with Netflix and cable. It's a great place to relax and unwind for a few days or longer.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the studio. It’s a compact well equipped studio. The area was very quiet at night. Only a 10min walk to the beach front boardwalk, and about an add’l 5mins on that to the ocean front park. We were glad there was a ceiling fan in the unit, as it was pretty warm when we were there. Leesa was very quick to respond to our late request to checkin early. Was great to be able to unload the car before heading to the music festival.

Summary: The property is close (walking distance) to the beach. All the little things that you need for a great stay are included in this cottage. A quiet courtyard is included so if you just want a private relax it is here. We had a wonderful stay and will come back again. It is a great value for the price especially considering we rented it in high season.

Summary: Everything we needed and more for a calming restful stay. Leesa has thought of all the things you could need in the cottage, kitchen fully equipped, bed so comfortable a good night sleep is assured. The patio and bbq area are added pleasures. Summary: Gorgeous cozy cottage in a great location. Leesa is wonderful host who has taken the time to create an inviting cabin. The private yard with table and seating and BBQ provides a perfect place to end the day.

Summary: We spent 3 delightful nights at the Cottage. The location was perfect as Parksville Beach was about a 10 minute walk away. Leesa did an excellent job of including everything we needed at the Cottage for a very relaxing stay. The garden and patio was private and most inviting. We enjoyed using the bbq one evening too. A wonderful getaway!!!

Summary: Loved our time at the Cottage at the Sea. Leesa thought of every little detail. Loved the ambience. The details that made staying there even better were all the cubby's and shelves that were open for us to put our food out in the kitchen or personals beside the bed and in the bathroom. Made it feel just like home. LOVED the gardens outside our room. Enjoyed our coffee out in the garden and watched some good Series out there. The BBQ/Grill was great. The internet worked well.
