Negative: Master bedroom needed some drawers to put clothes in and closet needed to have a place for hanging clothes.

Positive: The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable with beautiful views from the balcony. The local contact, Odalys Aguilar was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The furniture was comfy, as well as the beds.

Negative: It could get hot if you didn’t have all of your windows open. That was fine except my children didn’t want windows open at night for safety reasons. Personally, I slept with my windows open and it felt great. Also, I booked this through Booking.com and the communication between Vacasa and Booking was not good at all. Booking would refer me to Vacasa and Vacasa would refer me to Booking. I would get a reply like five or six days later to my questions. When I tried to call, I would be placed on hold for an hour or so, only to be told I needed to talk to the Vacasa team or if I called Vacasa, I would be told to talk to Booking.com. Lots of miscommunication between the two. In the end, Vacasa said I owed a balance of $40 plus and wanted me to contact Booking and tell them I owed this money. Booking has yet to reply to me about this. I was confused that Vacasa would say I owe something when I paid in fulll a month before we went on the trip and Booking wasn’t showing I owed anything. However, Booking has yet to reply to me about this issue. I kinda doubt I will be using Booking.com again in the future.
