Positive: Location was great, close to the river walk to The Titanic Experience and the city centre. Handy for taxis to the jail and Rivit Tower block for political tour meeting point. Great views from the property and spacious rooms within.

Negative: Only that the dishwasher wasn’t working as the blade had fallen off and stained coffee mugs in the kitchen cupboard. Otherwise all good.

Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectations. Spacious and clean, perfect for a short holiday or a longer stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need from spices, teas, coffees and cooking utensils. The living room was cozy, with a flat screen tv, warm lighting and beautiful decor. You can relax inside or step out on either of the two balconies to enjoy the view of Belfast city. The apartment is in a perfect location - close walk to the city centre and nearby bus stops. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a walk in shower) - ideal for bigger groups or families.

Negative: We have zero complaints about the property itself yet it’s good to note that due to the central location of the apartment you will be able to hear the sounds of the city - traffic and seagulls :)

Negative: A number of issues with cleanliness and maintenance has been directly communicated to the owner and Booking .com The owner attempted to address the cleaning issue but cobwebs and bathroom fungus was still there after an additional clean. Maintenance issues could not be addressed at such short notice, understandably.
