This newly constructed space has been designed to provide you with the comforts of an entire home with many eco-friendly features. It is a fusion of convenience and quiet within a natural setting. It was built and designed by the owners to incorporate rustic, organic elements with contemporary features, and to compliment the surrounding Vermont beauty. Stylized as a barn to juxtapose the new space with the existing property's historic farmhouse (main property). Enjoy a view of the secluded backyard canopy and our gardens from the back deck or soak up the afternoon sun from the large front windows while feeling the breeze through the windows.
This cozy oasis is located one mile from bars, restaurants, and the nightlife of Winooski, but also is only three miles from downtown Burlington. In addition, Bayside Beach in Malletts Bay is just three miles to the North where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boats during the summer months. It is a short drive away from The University of Vermont, Saint Michael’s College, the Burlington Airport and half-hour from some of the best skiing New England has to offer.
It includes a fully-equipped kitchen, modern appliances, a tranquil and open bedroom, full bathroom, heat pump, electric fireplace, private deck and entrance.
