This beautiful 4BD/3.5BA includes 2 King, 1 Queen beds and 2 full xl/ queen bunk beds (4) . The home comes complete with amenities including full kitchen, patio, dining area and air-conditioning. The backyard features a infinity pool.
This property is located near the Colorado river within 10 miles driving distance to the Famous Laughlin Casinos, Colorado River, and Lake Mohave.
The space
This home has it all. Granny Suite has private entrance in the courtyard. Perfect spot for privacy with it's own private bath! Beautiful leaded door and side-lite front entry lead to a warm and welcoming great room with casino and mountain views galore. Second guest room with it's own private bath is tucked away off the entry as well. Joined to the great room is a gorgeous kitchen; gas range, double oven, ample pantry and refrigerator. Wander down the main hall to the Owner's suite with a closet that must be seen to be believed and a bath boasting double sinks, walk-in extra large shower, jetted tub and private access to pool area. Finally, step out to the back yard and imagine slipping into the infinity pool with elevated sun deck, gazebo with fire pit and custom painted desert mural creating the ultimate finishing touch. Summary: We traved for a football tournment in Jan2025.The weather was 50s.The house was clean, had everything you could need. Pool with view was beautiful. Only downside is the boys wanted to swim and the pool never heated up.

Summary: We had a great time with family for my husband's 60th birthday. The accommodations were fantastic, clean, and comfy. Having the pool available was great when the sun got hot, for a nice cool down. We enjoyed out stay very much.

Summary: I give this property a 5 star it had everything we needed. It was spacious and had enough rooms and restrooms to accommodate our party of 4 couples. It has a spectacular view especially at night. Wasn’t able to use infinity pool since the weather was to cold.
