Positive: It was a lovely property with a charming character and decent location. The kids loved that there were horses on the property. The kitchen was great and the little freebies were a nice touch as was the folder of accommodation info.

Negative: The shower wasn't great - pressure was strange going on and off, but temperature good once we worked it out.

Positive: The entire house was charming. We particularly adored the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. It was incredibly peaceful. We had a delightful neighbourhood with friendly horses and lovely cows. Our dog enjoyed it so much. The sky was beautifully starry.

Negative: It was a bit far from the shops. The internet connection was poor. There were no humans nearby. We felt a little fearful at night.

Summary: It was an incredibly pleasant surprise!

Positive: We loved the cottage & the facilities including the little extras like wine, cereal milk & toiletries.

Negative: We were worried about the lack of a second exit from the cottage. We didn't like the sensored light by the locked cupboard in the bedroom as it came on in the middle of the night. The shower pulsated meaning it wasn't very efficient. We found some underwear behind a shelf in the bathroom that wasn't ours & the teatowels had a very stale smell.

Negative: Two out of three of the beds weren’t comfortable and made it hard to get some rest at night. Plus there was a small slug issue in the bathroom
