Positive: The apartment was ready early and was spotless. Open planned kitchen and lounge was great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for self catering, and the bedroom was a good size with the wardrobe having the largest collection of coat hangers ever seen. The apartment is on the 8th floor and has good views over the harbour and is well worth setting the alarm to witness the sunrise over the harbour in the morning.

Positive: Great location close to buses, trains and shops, apartment was lovely and spacious with everything we needed including kitchen facilities and a fan, beds and sofa very comfy, good balcony. Great!!

Negative: Little bit dusty in some areas e.g. tv stand in bedroom, TVs were both quite old but still usable, shower wasn't super strong and the bath was a little creaky but nothing ruined our stay at all!

Positive: The location was excellent because it was so close to the quay and restaurants that I could go out whenever to get a meal go shopping or even go drinking

Negative: The bath wouldn't drain and whennit did it took about 4 hours too

Positive: Location was great, very central and close to shops, quay and restaurants

Negative: Not cleaned properly on arrival, empty biscuit wrappers in bedside table, unwashed tea-towel, washing machine didn't work until I unblocked the detergent tray manually. main door to outside was broken and could not be closed, so was unsafe at night until fixed. Broken kitchen cupboard on arrival. No instruction manuals for anything, took ages to work out microwave.

Summary: Very comfortable once I got the door fixed.
