Positive: Location great. Very central to where we wished to visit.

Negative: Instructions in concertina file. Slightly contradictory for bin day ( we didn’t know which was the updated sheet , one said Tues, other said Friday ). Also check out time … 2 confirmation emails told me 10am, but sheet in file said 9am! No coal was left for the fire. ( Instruction sheet told us there would be coal !) .

Summary: Very relaxing. Just what we needed. We will return .

Positive: Really cosy cottage with all the facilities we would need and kept in good order. Tastefully decorated . Appreciated the Prosecco and crisps left by the host/ nice touch. Excellent location for lots of good birding and views of the sun setting over the sea. Our second visit and we will be back again.

Positive: Very comfortable, tastefully furnished, loved the wood burner for an autumn visit . Clean and had everything we needed . Good amount of parking at rear especially as we had 3 cars. Convenient for meal at the local pub.
