Positive: We loved everything about this accommodation: - the building and the surrounding land - the restaurant; all the dishes we have tried were DELICIOUS, made only with quality products - the outdoor and indoor pool - last but not least, the staff; all the ladies were friendly and helpful It was indeed a Natural LUXURY stay.

Positive: Everything. Idyllic, bucolic setting. Beautiful old farmhouse, well appointed but retaining 400 year old character. 25 Euro taxi fare to Arezzo well worth it. Staff of mainly ladies incredibly kind and attentive.

Positive: The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay. The food was delicious at the restaurant they have to offer. Lastly, it was nice to stay out of the city and in the country side.

Positive: Everything, exceptional food, perfect quiet surroundings, pool and hammocks etc so lovely to relax, the staff were lovely friendly and so helpful, room was lovely clean. Sauna was lovely, one of the best stays we have ever had anywhere and we will most probably have to come back!

Negative: Unfortunately our mini fridge in the room kept making annoying sounds during each night which occasionally woke us up. The hotel ‘gym’ is extremely basic, but I was still glad to have something just about adequate enough to get a workout in. Also make sure if you stay here you have a hire car.

Positive: The place is an excellent get away if you are looking for tranquility and isolation for a few days. What makes this place even better is the friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend it for other people.

Positive: Cuprena is a gorgeous, intimate and relaxed stay in a beautiful setting to enjoy Tuscany. Close to Arezzo, which is definitely worth a visit. & An hour drive away from other Tuscan cities such as Sienna and Florence. The staff are lovely and always happy to help / give recommendations, and the food is absolutely delicious. Eating at the Hotel restaurant for dinner is a must, and the Breakfast is equally fantastic. We stayed on our honeymoon and would definitely come back :)
