Positive: Breakfast was ok Maybe a few more items and food choices .
Negative: The dining room furniture was out dated . Could be updated with a softer more modern furniture and tables . I was very disappointed the pool and spa were not heated . I probably would not have stayed had I know that in advance. The room 304 was ok . Dutch the old school desk chairs and put in a nice chase and comfy arm chair . Prune and trim and shape the beautiful overgrown landscape in the courtyard . Maybe think about remodeling and updating the bathrooms with walk in showers and only have a few bath tubs for families . Make happy hour 2 hours , not 1 . Staff was nice and professional. Good location. My room had buzzing mechanical noise all night. Needs new window treatments. Sheres and blackout drapes. Ditch the big wood levelores . Maybe upgrade to lager hd tvs tv programs were good. Overall I was comfortable and felt safe . Good location . New complete Paint to get a fresh and updated look both exterior and in the rooms and floors on the hallways.
Summary: The hotel was probably a 1 to 2 star at best . The decor was dated although clean . I

Negative: The sheets had really bad stains on them the employees for not at all enthusiastic about their jobs in fact they acted like they didn't want to be there Kim was rude Paul was unresponsive he didn't want to be there at all why are you guys hiring people that don't want to do the jobs or be with their jobs or happy about their jobs I don't get it

Positive: Great location Fun and warm pool and hot tub. Room layout is perfect for family with door separation between the two spaces.
Negative: Rooms are old and dated with a dusty feeling. We found hairs in the tub when we arrived 🤢 Breakfast was very basic and cold.

Positive: Staff was nice and quick to resolve the issue.
Negative: The first room I was given had ants and some lights did not work. The receptionist was nice and gave me a new room right away. The shower in the second room did not work or was difficult to work and had to take a bath instead. Breakfast was not great and the carpets need to be changed or shampooed. Won’t be back.
