Positive: The brother of the siblings was there to greet me. Everything was clean/fresh. I know how hard it is to keep shower mortar clean....and this was! You can tell care was taken in the remodeling. LOVELY site. I sat on east side of property to better see Sierra Nevadas (I hiked Mulhacen 2 days before)..no guests in that area...and discovered the OTHER cave houses the owners did not develop. THAT was interesting in itself. The owners worked hard to make this property when you understand what they did. There were beautiful purple flowers. I was leaving, but the pool was being filled for the coming heat wave.

Negative: OK. I hate to say this, but the apartment was suffocating with cigar smell. I had to open windows hours to allow it to dissipate to tolerable. I could see ashtrays at all patios; I know cigars are a thing...but everyone does NOT enjoy other people's cigars. I am sure I am not the only person who feels this.

Summary: Wonderful property with distant mt. views and interesting development of old cave houses
