Positive: The host was great, very friendly and welcoming. I even received an upgrade to a much more spacious room, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, right in the center, and there’s a parking lot available, which is a big plus. However, there were some downsides. The bathroom was not very practical: the shower area was extremely small, the curtain kept sticking to my skin (and probably every other guest before me), so I ended up not using it — which meant water all over the floor. At one point, I almost slipped. The portable AC was quite noisy, and while opening the window is an option, there are no mosquito screens, so that wasn’t ideal either. The hotel also had a noticeable old smell, and the breakfast was quite poor in variety. Overall, great host and location, but the facilities could really use some improvement.

Positive: Csiki Hotel is charming and peaceful. It is in a great location close to historic landmark, stores and restaurants. The Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He upgraded us to a sunny and cozy room without us asking for it. That shows care and professional excellence to please guests.

Negative: Our trip was too short. We stayed only 1 night. I hope to return.
