Summary: The staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely. It’s convenient having dining right on the property. However, the room we had was very small and no in room fridge. It was a tight fit.

Summary: Nicely located among the mountains, providing a good retreat away from the hustles and bustles of the city. Enjoyed the Gondola ride which is adjacent to the property.

Summary: The check in experience was not ideal. I didn't book the same lodge as the last time and when I checked in they put me in it again! They said it was an upgrade. I didn't think so. Ice machine didn't work. TV remote didn't work. Fridge barely worked. I don't think I'd stay here again if I had the choice.

Summary: We had a *wonderful* stay 💜. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly and helpful, several gave us great suggestions for activities and poi to visit when they spoke with us and definitely helped make the family vacation memorable. The stairs to the upper floor were a little steep, however, we did not mention we had family with mobility challenges until after we'd arrived, so that one is on us. And once we did mention it, we were given great suggestion on trails and places to visit that accommodated people with mobility issues. 10/10 we will be back 💜

Summary: We stopped here for the night after visiting Mt Ranier all day, and honestly I wish I’d been able to plan more time at this hotel. The staff were all so nice, great rooms, views, and awesome things to do all right on property. I love the personality of this place. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate very well with us either, but we will definitely be coming back and planning a longer stay!
