Summary: First time stay at Crystal Lodge was great, nice room, clean, quiet, and good for our little dog. We liked the hot tub and the sauna. We took off a star because we got a parking ticket out front of the hotel in the 5 minutes we went inside to check in because we thought we were fine but it turned out that the hotel only has 2 parking spots out front. The hotel should really have more than 2 spots.

Summary: This was my second stay at the hotel, The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit and I’d definitely stay here again!

Summary: The check in experience was far from exemplary, long wait, surley staff. Parking fees very high, no clear directions to parking, so double queue, first to find where to park,then to check in.. Once actually checked in the room was pretty good, spotlessly clean, shower tap wasnt so good and no where to hang towels in a rather cramped bathroom. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of room in the main area. Lift was very slow and juddery!
