Summary: Cement floor without carpet, cool and not suitable for muslims who want to pray. I had to pray on the bed besause i felt the floor wasn't clean. Moreover there are slippers used, may be also be used to go to the toilet. I suggest the hotel management sensitive to the Malysian culture, the majority are muslims, or the culture of easterners who are rich in politeness and high decency. This.matter needs to be taken seriously so that more visitors or tourists choose this hotel and feel happy to come again.
