Positive: The staff at the front counter were really helpful and friendly, whether in sending a fan to help ventilate the room or in giving directions. They even offered mineral water after when we returned to the hotel. The staff who picked us up from the train station was patient to wait and helped with our luggage too. The staff made our stay a pleasant experience.

Negative: The property is a little old and perhaps need to improve on the facilities. Breakfast was average

Positive: The staff in the hotel was great - always friendly, helpful, provided tips for hiking routes etc. The valet parking system was also very fast and convenient. The hotel is in a central location in St. Moritz, close to many shops and restaurants and the central bus stop right in front. Sauna zone was small, but quite good.

Negative: The room was on the old side - clean, but not renovated. Single socket for charging things, old furniture, old facilities. The view from the room was also non-existing, unfortunately, I only had a roof of the parking garage in front of me, not the lake or mountains (that would be wonderful). The breakfast was good, but not the best - quite limited buffet choice and any "custom" a la carte items cost money, not included.
