Positive: The staff are so friendly and helpful! Best i've ever had in any hotel i have stayed in!

Negative: The bathrooms aren't the cleanest... I can still see dirt in the bathtubs and it looks like they aren't cleaned properly or at all 😅

Summary: Staff are amazing! But the bathrooms in the standard rooms weren't great...

Negative: Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. However, we did encounter an unpleasant experience with one Malay male staff member at the front desk, who was slim in build. His manner of speaking came across as mocking and disrespectful, which left us feeling uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can strengthen the training of front desk staff, as the front desk represents the image of the hotel. That being said, we would like to sincerely commend the rest of the team. In particular, the doorman at the entrance deserves special mention for his warm smile, friendliness, and courtesy. The room keeper was also attentive and did a wonderful job. We truly appreciated their excellent service.
