Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The space
Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, custom built brick home in a wooded and hilly neighborhood that is quiet and private. Dining room plus breakfast room. Large living room and vaulted ceilings, fireplace, three TVs, sunporch, large, jetted garden tub in master bedroom. You will be close to Publix, Walmart, target, Starbucks, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Also, close to Ruby Tuesday’s and Chili’s as well as several other restaurants. Blackwater River, or Pensacola bay is 15 minutes away and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Pensacola are within 45 minutes. The newly renovated Benny Russell park with splash pad, trails fitness Funzone court and sports field is five minutes away. There is also a bowling alley just a few minutes away. Stay in the most desired neighborhood in Pace Fl. Pets must be preapproved before booking.

We have self check in and self check out. As a guess you have access to the whole house and attached garage. The detached garage is locked and not accessible.
Other things to note
Covered front porch with rocking chairs and bench makes a nice outdoor space for relaxing. The enclosed back porch with a view of the woods and the yard is also a relaxing spot. Also included on the back porch is a workstation with two monitors, and a comfortable office chair looking out into the backyard and Woods.

Summary: We enjoyed this roomy, well-appointed house. It was perfect for us to use while visiting with family nearby. The house was spotless, had plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. The host was gracious and responded promptly. We hope to stay here again.

Summary: Good location for our needs. Directions were easy to follow. No difficulty accessing the house. The home was clean. I was able to use Televisions, wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and showers without any issues. Detergents were available. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, glassware, and cookware. Air conditioner did a good job. Plenty of extra bedding. Large fenced in back yard. Checkout instructions were short and not burdensome. Jeff offered communication channels if needed during our stay.

Summary: I rented this house while visiting my daughter and grandchildren who live in Milton. This was the perfect home for all of us to enjoy each other! I cooked dinner every night and shuttled kids back and forth to school and baseball games each day. This is a very clean, roomy, comfortable house with everything you need - a home away from home! Great communication with owner, easy check in and check out! Wholeheartedly recommend!!
