Summary: Very friendly and clean although almost deserted. Arrived in dark and didn't see great river view until morning, but it is great.

Summary: Upon check in told the wifi was not working. Then in the room TV was not working. Called the office they did send someone to the room but couldn't fix the TV. Suggested a different room. So we moved to a different room TV a lot smaller but it worked. Had to go back to the office to get the keys/chip card exchanged. We asked for a discount on our bill. no luck no discounts. Not okay. The next morning free Continental breakfast waffle maker is broken. imagine that. Enough said.
