Summary: House was exactly like the pictures! Loved the location private yet, close to everything. There’s an ice cream shop right down the street you can walk to and they also have great coffee. Kitchen had everything you needed including spices if you plan on cooking. Supermarket was so close you could walk there if needed. Although, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool it was big and super clean! The email communication was awesome and the book of places in area for guests was so helpful with some great recommendations! We took walks in the morning and the neighbors were so friendly! The house was equipped with beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, outdoor toys, floats, etc.. would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Summary: Plenty of beds. Big back deck. Nice pool with screens. Close to bike path and beautiful view of the bay. Convenient to grocery and shops. Visited several beaches nearby.

Summary: Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Only downside to the property is 3 story and master kitchen and living room is on 2nd floor. Was fine for us except the 1 older person in our group. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor so wasn’t to big of a deal

Summary: We truly wanted to love this place, we were so very excited for this vacation with our friends! Unfortunately, the bed having bugs in it was MISERABLE and disgusting. I have bites all over me still… I don’t think it was bed bugs, but no see ums. We couldn’t even sit out in the screened in area without getting bit. And anytime I sat on any couch or sleeping in my bed I would get bites as well. I actually saw them on my sheets, just terrible. The property is also for sale currently, so what probably used to be a very nice rental home has just not been kept up at all. The pool light never did work. The outside string lights were 70% burnt out, grill was not usable whatsoever, vanity drawers were broken, spider webs everywhere around pool area. We found another person’s sleep mask in the couch cushion , covered with dust. It was just such a disappointment. The host was helpful as far as answering questions prior to us being there and sending check in and check out info. We would not book with this rental company again unfortunately.

Summary: The rental company was amazing and on top of any problems that arrose. A wood step broke they came right out to fix it. No bags boards they brought out the day I called.. The cleaning got a 4. The house was super clean and I was happy about that. I did find a broken glass outside on the patio and a dirty cup with a couple empty water bottles on the 2nd floor deck. The only thing I was really disappointed about which had nothing to do with the rental company was when the landscapers blew a bunch of stuff into the pool that my son and I cleaned out, which was no fault of the rental company, the owner is working on selling it, so they had landscapers out twice interrupting my relaxing vacation and a realtor came by and took pictures unscheduled while we were there. Owner decided to lay shells out while I was there which was not convenient for my family. Overall I would definitely rent with sandy feet rental again.
