Positive: It was very spacious and we all enjoyed the open layout.

Negative: The outside yard was overgrown. The property smelled like smoke inside when we arrived.

Summary: Overall it was a nice stay. We liked the pool and also how close we were to the beach, shopping, etc.

Positive: The house was great! Spacious, comfortable, AC worked great. It was within walking distance to the beach and community pool. Close to restaurants, activities, and shopping.

Negative: The yard had not been maintained. There was tall grass, alot of overgrowth on the bushes and plants and there was some junk left outside.

Summary: Overall, it was a great stay. The company addressed the outside situation, however it wasn’t done until we were leaving.
