Positive: This was an amazing experience at this hotel. It’s big, clean and impressive. The staff are wonderful hosts and the location is really accessible to major hotspots. We were upgraded to the presidential suite up from a normal suite and it’s either way great value for money! The breakfast buffet was really tasty and had many different things, from Western waffles and omelets to Chinese staple food plus Xi’an specialties. The kids had so much fun in the jacuzzi

Positive: Very nice rooms with great views. The restaurant at the top floor is quite good. The staff is extremely nice.

Negative: The location is not all that great. For tourism, I suggest one stays closer to the ancient walls. The breakfast is expensive and there are no options nearby. The bar is sad.
