Positive: Breakfast was fresh and very good, service of waiter was exceptional (Julio was the name of the waiter who waited on us several times during our stay and it was very nice and attentive) hotel is very nice worth the price and is well located, close to downtown and accessible to all points by walking, driving or using a public transportation, cleaning service was provided everyday, beds were comfortable and room was clean, neat and quite despite the fact that is located at the main highway of the city, hotel offers service of charter, and they can connect you with rental car, tourist guide for tours, and schedule taxi service 24/7, in a few words is exceptional

Negative: When we arrived the receptionist in duty was not very informative, he didn't direct us how to use the elevator, location of anything, scheduled hours for breakfast, in a few words he only checked us in and gave the room key to us, we had to figure all out, we didn't know that the room had a switch that looked like light switch the controls the lights and the AC in the room, we turned it off by mistake in our way out and when we come back the room was hot, we had to call the receptionist to report and another receptionist explained the situation and we turned it back on and everything was fine after that. I didn't ask for the receptionist that checked us in, but we arrived around 9:00 pm on July 25, 2025 and it was the only receptionist at that time, he acted cold and short, we traveled from Texas, receptionist shouldn't assumed that we know our ways around any hotel in the world and that we have to figure all out

Positive: The breakfast was complete - the cook to order was very nice. Coffee was not hot though.

Negative: Noisy / Elevators were frustrating / too expensive for the quality.

Negative: It was dated it is sold as with a gym pool and spa. When you mention spa you automatically think quality gym was dated old equipment spa was closed and there was a pool
