Summary: The front desk was very professional and friendly but housekeeping not good enough they did not vacuuming my room and not even cleaning the mirror properly the milk that I use in the glass still stuck inside and room dining I order my food he just bring the dessert without the cream and when I call him he said it doesn’t come with cream and I told him what my order is and he said ok I will bring it the swimming pool is dirty no one cleaning the dirt and leaf was in the swimming pool and spa I wonder no one hardly use the swimming pool because it was very dirty

Summary: A good hotel with many positive points, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great views, a great sports bar, nice location and a lovely pool. Rooms are a bit tired, carpets threadbare and nails sticking into your feet! But everywhere else is very good quality. It is very handy located nr the beach and next to a tram stop

Summary: Nice hotel, great staff, although it is a bit older it is cleaned well enough. Great size room for the price. Only problem with it is the paper thin walls. You can hear every scream, every chat, every moan from your neighbours. But I guess when all other hotels are going for $4xx a night and this one is $2xx, you have to sacrifice some things
