Summary: I have stayed at the crowne Plaza , Parkview , 3 times All the staf are very helpful , and there is a good level of English spoken, by some of the staff,. on my next visit to Shenyang , I will be staying at this hotel again . It offers every thing I need and more ! Its clean, comfortable and with a very high standard of staff. I look forward to staying with you again THIS HOTEL HAS THE WOW FACTOR Well done to the management , but an even bigger well to ALL the staff.

Summary: The location of the hotel is great - close to a park, close to a supermarket, lots of restaurants nearby (both Chinese and western - Pizza Hut and KFC). The hotel breakfast buffet is also fantastic with lots of choices. Given how new glitzy new hotels are popping up everyday these days in China, this hotel is showing its age - the windows are dirty, the rooms are not that clean. More importantly, the service staff in the Alcala restaurant needs lot more training. Overall, the hotel delivers a lot of value for the money and I would stay there again.
