Summary: Room was spacious and clean enough. Pool area was not clean and someone threw up on the deck before we came abs we waited 30 plus minutes for them to clean it up and no one came so we ended up leaving. I would expect that to be top priority. Staff was very friendly. The most important part is knowing this hotel is not close enough to downtown if you’re exploring Saint John for the first time… Hilton is where you want to be.

Summary: Very happy with your staff and the hotel over all. My only complaint, might be your breakfast buffet. We came in after a large group had been there, a heads up that you were out of most everything, would have been helpful. The evg. meals were the best…

Summary: This is a very nice hotel for a good price. For US citizens, don’t expect accommodations for disabilities unless you are willing to pay extra, this is true for all hotels in Canada, the rules are different here, there is no “Canadians with Disabilities Act. There is an elevator, but our room was in the “third floor extension” which meant climbing an additional 4 steps at the end of the hall. I had borrowed a cart from the lobby but a very nice hotel employee happened to be on the third floor and she helped me carry my luggage from the cart up those 4 steps and down the hall to our room. Our room did not have a view of the harbor which might have been fun to watch the tide rise and fall.

Summary: Fine modernised hotel at walking distance from the citycenter but somewhat isolated near the harbour. Fine service, well trained staff, good breakfast. Less than 10 minutes from the ferry to Digby which was very convenient given the rather early daily departure.
