Negative: It was very isolated with nothing in the surrounding area. No shops open. No entertainment, board games. No hot tub in the spa and no spa appointments available which left very little to do

Positive: It’s quiet! Very quiet. It’s also of a high standard and the rooms are lovely. Gym and pool are fantastic.

Negative: Arrived to the hotel and told I had to pay £225 deposit for 3 days stay! Asked where this was stated and it took two staff to have a look on my mobile booking.com app to show me the terms and conditions! Be aware! Staff member was so quick checking me in. Not efficient but an attitude of wanting me out the way quickly! Noticed it all weekend. Probably the worst service i have had. It’s in a business park. Nothing around! Good for business users poor for tourists.
