Positive: Check in was easy,staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The hotel has a lovely warm feeling on entrance. It is very well kept, staff are great, warm ,welcoming and helpful . Breakfast is one of the best we have had . Plenty of choice, warm and tasty, plenty of places to sit.

Negative: Location, food , staff and cleanliness.

Positive: Breakfast was plentiful, well presented, lots of variety, helpful and courteous waiting on staff. Bar area was very atmospheric with beautiful lighting. Staff behind the bar were accommodating and polite.

Negative: Staff at the leisure area were rude and disrespectful. My son wanted to look at the gym equipment and they wanted proof that he was 15! A young girl of 17 wanted to use the pool area and they refused her request. She had to provide proof of her age. Not very family orientated and hours that children can use the pool are set and limiting.

Summary: Nice, clean, modern hotel. Room spotless with working air condition.

Positive: The hotel was lovely, great facilities, especially the spa which the whole family enjoyed. The room was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The breakfast was lovely and offered a great selection of English and continental food. We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff who were all very polite and helpful.

Negative: The only thing to improve on would be a bigger duvet for the sofa bed. I've had two children who slept on the sofa bed, and the duvet was not big enough for both.
