Summary: Quick overnight between flights that went perfectly. Contacted CS prior & confirmed we needed the shuttle on arrival & there was a rep with Crowne Plaza sign directing us to shuttle. 15 minutes later we were checked in & in our room. Entire staff were lovely & personable. Morning shuttle was on time & large shuttle bus had a trailer for luggage. Great stay. Recommend for the value.

Summary: Good and quick transport from the airport to the hotel, no need to wait for everyone on the flight which was amazing as I had no luggage

Summary: Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day.

Summary: We had only a very short stay but all of it was lovely. We were picked up at the airport at 3 a.m. after a very long red eye flight and were greeted by a super friendly young lady that made us feel very welcome and who put a smile on our faces. All of the staff at this hotel have really gone the extra mile in delivering excellent service and we can highly recommend staying here to any and all who come to Nairobi.
