Positive: Love the staff and the facilities, the bar is great. However the room we stayed in was not good, it was so hot and the fan didn’t work particularly well. We both felt ill the next day after sleeping there. We’ve had other rooms that have been great this time however was awful

Positive: From arriving in the car park and being greeted by the man on the door who showed us where to park, the friendly staff just continued. Brad on reception was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about what we asked him about the local area. He was very friendly and approachable. The staff we encountered in the corridors were all very welcoming and staff at breakfast the following morning were also very jolly and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Negative: Having to leave!! We only had a short stay and wished that we could have stayed longer - we will be back!!

Summary: Lovely friendly hotel with brilliant staff.

Positive: Everything! The hotel was beautiful in every way but what really made our stay was the staff. Super friendly and attentive, we were really looked after and spoiled. We were joining a cruise and stayed the night before. On our return we had a long wait due to a mix up with our train tickets. We are in our 80's and didn't want to walk around the city so we had breakfast in the hotel. The staff not only remembered us from the previous week they treated us as continuing guests. Absolutely outstanding, thank you to everyone.

Summary: Excellent hotel and outstanding staff. Highly recommend.

Positive: Wonderful breakfast, Dare I say to much choice. Lovely rooms, only downside wish you had some rooms that also offer a shower has my husband struggles with showers over bath with him being unsteady.

Negative: Just a walk in shower. I appreciate their are showers in gym and swimming area but my husband needs some help so not really suitable.

Summary: Lovely and clean, amazing food. Very pleasant staff, nothing too much trouble. Very central.
