Summary: The AC sucks! It gets nice and cold but it cycles off and on all night which changes the noise all night. It kept waking us up. There was a cricket stuck in the wall and it kept chirping for the 2 nights we were there and lastly, room service came in our room before check our time even with the do not disturb sign on the door. The front desk people were great though. Also, the sheets aren’t great.

Summary: The hotel definitely had some years on it, but was generally clean. Best part is the location on the way into Chicago. It's not a hotel I'd try to visit again but not one I'd go out of my way to avoid either. Very typical experience for an off the interstate hotel with the road noise; Air conditioner couldn't compete with the outside humidity leaving a dampness to the air; and hair drier looked like it may have been on fire at some point. A replacement had an oily substance on it. None of which are deal breakers, but not a place to plan around.

Summary: Stayed here for a couple of nights. The bathroom floor didn’t feel even. Like it was a bit hilly. Thank God they got the instructions in the shower to turn on the water! You can hear the other people in the next room. Especially in the bathroom you can hear the neighbors clearly. The pool was nice and warm. Wish they had a microwave.
