Summary: I had a pretty good stay here. Having to travel up to the 23rd floor to Reception there, then transferring to another lift to access my room, was a little unusual, but that's fine. The room itself was very large, clean and comfortable - although I just had a two-night stay, it was a very well appointed space, and felt extremely clean and well looked after. One criticism was that the air-con unit was weak and innefectual - it made barely any difference, and was slow to react; there's room for improvement there. Also, I was disappointed on arrival to be informed that the pool was closed - if I'd known in advance, I'd have booked another hotel, as swimming helps to cope with the stark heat and humidity in the city. Finally, a note of explicit praise to all the staff in the hotel, and particularly the concierge staff - everyone I dealt with, in all roles, offered exemplary service and friendliness, presenting a 5-star welcome and helpfulness that stood out. Thanks to all. 🙏

Summary: A fabulous stay and this will be our hotel of choice whenever we come to Bangkok from now on. Superb hospitality and all staff very friendly. We were given an upgrade and a lovely surprise birthday cake was delivered to our door after check in. Perfect location and the best breakfast buffet of our entire 5 week trip.

Summary: Hotel was very nice in good location Breakfast was excellent along with hotel facilities but the two areas that were disappointing 1. The air con in the room was poor and I had to leave a spare key in slot all day just so the room was acceptable when I returned in evening.. using the temperature control panel made no difference to the temperature within room.. Not what you’d expect in a high end hotel The service in the Cigar bar area was very poor.. I ordered and drunk my first drink but no one came to ask if I wanted another drink, I was left sitting in the side room until I decided to leave.., again I didn’t expect this service level at Crowne Plaza hotel
