Positive: room was very comfortable and clean , only down side was having to step into the bath to access the shower , not good when you have a bad hip . staff were friendly and helpful .

Negative: at the time of our arrival the escalator's wasn't working , but was fixed by time we left . food prices were a little high compared to most other restaurants in the area

Summary: great location , easy to get to and generally a comfortable place to stay

Positive: staff were nice, valet parking discount for disability was wonderful

Negative: asked for a room with an easy access shower as i had my elderly mother with me-didn't get one had to change rooms and i had to sleep on a portable bed which wasn't great.
