Positive: The view was great & hospitality was on spot

Negative: Booked in for 3 adults,given a double bed to share. The room was not equipped for 3 people, eventually they added a bed when we requested. They were not prepared to receive us- seems like they gave us the room based on us checking in, quite unprofessional.

Negative: The sight of the roof from the room i was in wasn't a good sight. Might want to add some beautification

Positive: The pricing was budget friendly however quality and standard of rooms were certainly reflective of price paid. Reception lady Duty Manager and Restaurant Manages Customer Service were exceptional.

Negative: The IT Department is USELESS. My AU phone plan was with OnePassMobile. The international did not work so I really needed WIFI. Day 1 I asks 3 times for wifi and was told IT would get back to me, day 2 asked again and again told IT would get back to me. I ended up buying a PNG sim. That night tried to use TV which did not work. Was told again IT would be in contact- again NOTHING. Unbelievable in this day and age one stays in an International Hotel and has no connectivity to WIFI or TV. Dated, dirty room. Hairs on bath towel, stain on bedsheet and mould on pillow case. Restaurant had a heavy INDIAN influence throughout all menus including breakfast. Personally not a fan of Indian so struggled. Was able to order a few a la carte options.
