Summary: Friendly, great value and had all the basic things i needed. Beer on tap was well kept. Food was perfectly fine not gourmet. Good parking and convenient location.

Summary: Room too hot in heat wave. A fan did not help. Otherwise, great. Bed was very comfy and room was large enough. Reception was helpful and check-in was quick.

Summary: Only one complimentary tea bag in the bedroom, on arrival. Slow to provide extras. No soya or oat milk and non dairy spread for breakfast even though we asked for it in advance. No attempt to get some for the second day. No apology. Apparently this has not been requested before. Breakfast was generally dis-organised - cereal and cooked breakfast were brought out at the same time. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom fan was very loud and stayed on for at least half an hour which kept us awake. Internet worked.

Summary: We had a great time here. I messaged the hotel about my wife struggling to use stairs and they gave us a disabled room with a wetroom. I also mentioned that my lovely wife was coeliac and we found a gf menu waiting for us in our room. All the staff looked after us well and understood my wife's aĺlergic reaction to gluten.

Summary: A quick over night stay for personal reasons. Check in was fine. Room was okay but a bit more attention to some detail would be beneficial. I couldn´t get the TV off the Netflix the previous guest had logged into.... My Continental breakfast was fine, the coffee excellent and the waitress was quick, pleasant and made me feel very welcome.

Summary: Chain brewery pub with rooms. Clean and comfortable, with really friendly staff who obviously care about doing a good job. Food is good, and promptly served. I've stayed here twice for work as it's handy for road links, and because of the warm welcome.
